  • 1 medium zucchini (peeled and chopped)
  • 2 peaches (stone removed and roughly chopped)
  • A handful of mint
  • 1-2 tbsps honey or maple syrup
  1. Place the zucchini, peach, mint and sweetener into your blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into ice block moulds and position the sticks. The mixture should be thick enough from the zucchini to hold the sticks in place.

  2. Freeze for six hours, or until solid. Run the moulds under hot water to loosen for easy removal.

MS is a chronic, progressive disease that is more common in women than men and it has limited treatment options and no known cure. Naturopathy and herbal medicine strategies available for people with MS depend very much on how the disease is affecting them. Some therapies may help reduce pain, promote restful sleep or support mood. Others may be centred on mind-body approaches, such as encouraging mindfulness, yoga or Tai Chi, or body therapies such as massage to support the person from a holistic perspective.
