  • 2 cups mix of oranges and lemons (peeled)
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 tablespoon organic coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • ½ ″ knob fresh ginger (peeled)
  • ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ½ cup water or coconut water
  • 1 cup ice
  • pinch of black pepper
  1. Blend on a 60 second cycle in your Omniblend. Enjoy!
